SIMKHAI accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure timely processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
